All returns must be made within 14 days of initial purchase.

Hokum will issue a refund or exchange for change of mind, wrong sizing and faulty goods.

The items must have original packaging and tags attached and MUST not of been worn. Proof of purchase is also required.

Items can be returned to our boutique in person or by mail. Items sent by mail must be prepaid and traceable.

For online returns a Hokum return/exchange form must be filled out.Please note that Hokum will ONLY pay shipping rates on faulty goods.

Goods must be sent with tracking number and within 14 days of purchase with full tags attached and in pristine condition.

Hokum will not accept good that are damaged, worn or washed.


Shipping in Australia is free.

For deliveries within Australia we use Australian post express.

Please allow 1-5 days for deliveries. Most deliveries for metropolitan areas take 1-2 days and up to 5 days for regional areas.

Once ordered a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated address. Please contact us of you do not receive this email.

All items need to be signed for.

All orders are shipped during business hours. If any delays occur you will be notified by email or the nominated contact details left at purchase time.


Hokum ships worldwide at a flat rate of $25 through TNT international service.

A tracking number will be sent to you once order is dispatched.

All deliveries require a signature.

Hokum is not liable for any duties and or taxes that may occur at purchase.
