MADE TO ORDER ITEM

All items made to order are sewn here in Australia, usually this can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Usually it is 2 weeks. 

Once order is ready to ship the following policy applies - 

 

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

Hokum ships worldwide, with complimentary standard shipping on orders of A$200 or more.

For deliveries within Australia we use Australian post express.

Please allow 1-5 days for deliveries. Most deliveries for metropolitan areas take 1-2 days and up to 5 days for regional areas.

Once ordered a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated address. Please contact us of you do not receive this email.

All items need to be signed for.

All orders are shipped during business hours. If any delays occur you will be notified by email or the nominated contact details left at purchase time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, including to Japan.

Standard shipping:
• Complimentary on orders of A$200 or more.
• A$15 on orders below A$200.
• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping:
• A$30.
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

All amounts above are in Australian dollars. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and customs processing may cause delays.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. All deliveries require a signature.

Hokum is not liable for any duties and or taxes that may occur at purchase.

For returns our return policy still applies.
